WebHomeListing.com, Inc is a listing specialty company owned by two seasoned Real Estate Professionals with over 47 years of combined experience.

Our coverage area includes greater Atlanta Georgia and much of North Georgia. Unlike some of our competition, WebHomeListing.com, Inc uses both of the major multilist systems, (FMLS and GAMLS) that serve our area. Georgia Metro Listing Service (GAMLS) provides listing coverage for most of North Georgia including the I-85 North Corridor from Atlanta to the South Carolina line, Rome, Rabun County, Lagrange/Troop County, Randolph and Chambers Counties in Alabama and some areas of the southeast Georgia coast. FMLS covers primarily the Metro Atlanta area with all surrounding major counties and the Northern part of Georgia.

There is some overlapping, but not all agents search both so we can capture those agents no matter what major system they use.

We want to be your problem solver and we are willing to join the necessary MLS services like Athens, Macon, Augusta or Columbus to serve your needs even it means joining boards in bordering states.
